I purchased second hand a base unit with 4 wireless cameras, i set everything up and i have got to the part where it do you agree to all the terms etc and than it says contact Arlo support. Help needed asap please, its so annoying when you cant figure these problems and cant talk to Arlo direct.

my guess would be that the system is still registered to the original owner and you need to get tech support to release it before you can register it.
