internet connection issues

I'm trying to set up my Arlo system but i am not getting an internet connection.  The ethernet cable is connected to the router.  My laptop is working fine so i know the router is putting out a signal.  The only light on my base station that is lit up is for the power.  Any suggestions.

Try a factory reset.  Depending on the installed firmware, it could be that you use the reset button next to the power switch as well as the Sync button on the side or just the reset button by itself.  Hold until the front LEDs start flashing amber.  If this doesn't help, the fastest thing would be to exchange it at the place you bought it.  Alternatively, submit a trouble ticket for RMA.
