i've been having an issue with 1 of my cameras with the following symptoms. Note: I've had this camera for nearly 4 months and it worked fine until approximately 2 weeks ago when after replacing the batteries it failed to reconnect with my base station. I tried to resync manually but that didn't work. I was able to get the camera to sync by restarting the base station a few times. Since the reconnection, here are the issues I've been witnessing.

1) rule for camera is to record for 30 seconds but that is not being honored. at least 50% of the time this camera records for approximately 10 seconds. another 20% or so time it will record for 2 or 3 seconds. the remaining 30% it will record for the entire 30 seconds.

2) periodically (maybe 30% of time) recording has a green band that covers 70% of the screen

3) periodically (maybe 30% of time) recording is blurred. you can see someone moving but you can't make out the details - similar effect as if you had your camera shutters opened for a long period of time

4) rarely (maybe 10% of time) night vision mode doesn't turn on so the recording is completely black

Anyone had similar issues? Any guidance on how to resolve this issue? My main troubleshooting i've performed is to reset the base station. I've preformed this a handful of time but with no success.

Thanks in advance.

Most of these issues sound like a hardware problem to me. I'd open a trouble ticket. The highly pixelated/blurry images do happen occasionally, perhaps due to network bandwidth issues or something about the scene and motion involved. It can be quite annoying and cause loss of important details but generally we have no control over it.
