iOS app getting email alerts but not push notifications

Since the last app update on 10/1 2017, I no longer get alerts on my iPhone or iPad. I have signed out of the app on my devices and shut down/restarted my devices but still not getting motion alerts. I am getting email alerts on all my devices.

Please advise

Tnccarstens,

 

Check your modes/rules to make sure push notifications are still enabled. Also Check your iOS settings to make sure permissions are enabled for push notifications from the Arlo Mobile app.

Checked modes/rules, push notifications are enabled. iOS settings,  permissions are enabled for push notifications for the Arlo Mobile app.

Are you seeing this behavior on more than one camera or is it just one specific camera that is not sending push notifications?
