iOS seems to break camera functionality on all Arlo cameras except for the latest cameras.

when can we expect an update to recover functionality?

I’m also having issues with iOS 18. My Arlo cameras (Arlo 4) are connected to a bridge. In the Arlo App I have HomeKit setup and can see the cameras in the iPhone Home app but they don’t appear in iOS 18 control centre, the same with the bridge it doesn’t appear. Or in any of the desktop widgets.

Same issue.   I unfortunately upgraded to IOs 18 and now can’t view any cameras, operating schedule is not functioning.

I'm not the OP, but since the iOS 18 update the app and cameras are worthless. The front doorbell camera does not even record anything and so there are no notifications. Our backdoor camera records, but again no notifications. This needs to be addressed ASAP as everything we have is useless. Side note: I am not even trying to use the Home Kit or anything, literally just your standalone app. So, it's not like there is just a break between the app and Home Kit, the app itself is broken.

I am having the same issue. I get notifications. When I open them I just get a blank screen with a picture of home on it. There is nothing to click. It works fine on my iPad that is not ios18

I would also like to say that ios18 has made my cameras useless. They do not record or store anything since update. This causes issues with the subscription that is paid to you as it is no longer doing what I am paying for. Please push update asap and please let us all know you are aware and working on a solution? That would be very helpful. Thanks

Ok, seems for some iOS 18 update kicked the base station out of “arm mode”. It once placed back into “arm mode” all the cameras started working again.
