On your Arlo phone app, you should see 3 tabs "Mode", "Devices", and "Library". Go to the "Mode" tab. You should see a base station icon and the serial number next to it. Tap on the area where it says "Armed". Now you will see a list of options "Armed", "Disarmed", "Schedule", etc. Tap on the pencil icon to the right where it says "Armed".

Now under where it says 'Rules', you should see some rules...one for each camera. Tap on the first pencil icon (1st camera) you see to edit. Scroll all the way down to where you see 'Alerts', uncheck Email Alerts.

Repeat for all other cameras.

Hope this helps.
