i have a site where the base station has gone missing, have purchased a new base station, now having trouble adding cameras back to it,

i have an h4 & h10 in my list as offline, how do i know what model to select

Did you remove all devices that were attached to that old base before trying to add them to the new one? Also, the models you listed are just hardware revisions - we need to know the actual models. If the battery is removable look inside the battery compartment for a label that has VMCxxxx.
