i click on the play video to view live camera it just says session has timed out

when i click on the play video to view live camera it just says session has timed out .  Not all the time but a lot.  please let me know what it may be.

When using a web browser, you will be logged out after a period of idle time. Does this happen when you've been idle and then attempt to stream?
