i can not research base station . always like picture. i tryed to change wifi network , but can not see arlo bridge. may you help me?

We need more details. You mention a bridge - a bridge is only used for the Arlo lights. The proper terminology is needed so we are talking about the right things.

What are the LEDs on the base showing? Both the power and Internet LEDs must be green and the Camera LED should be off or solid amber. Your WiFi has nothing to do with Arlo since it uses the Ethernet cable between the base and router.
