how to download arlo app to my pc?

 

My base station is a VMB-4000, but it is not in the "model" drop down window above, why?

To use a browser, use https://arlo.nbetgear.com as the directions state.

 

The dropdown menus refer to systems, not individual devices. The VMB-4000 is the base.
