Are you trying to cancel a paid subscription?  Or are you trying to cancel the trial?

Do you see "Library" as an option in the app?  Or do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?

Log into My.Arlo.Com on the top left click on the house and then manage subscription at the bottom of the page it will have cancel subscription, click on that and it will cancel the subscription you currently have.
