how do I obtain footage that is over the 7 day period

The only possible way to obtain videos past your service date ( and this is a MAYBE, has worked in the past ) is to go to the next level service.  You can sign up for one month ( about $10 ) and take a chance. ( 30 days storage )

Others have done this and gotten expired videos back as long as the user did NOT Delete them.

 

Up to you if worth the cost,... alway d/l any video you think may be needed.

I don't understand.

 

The title says seven days, but the message text says five days.

 

Which is it? Five days should still be there.

 

Seven days, or more, might be on any memory that you added to the hub.
