I have the same issue that someone posted.

I have the base Arlo camera system. My phone can not find the base station and the base station can not find my cameras. The power, internet, and camera lights are all 3 solid green but the phone can't find a device.  It worked until recently.   Net is hardwired into base.  I've tried unplugging, resetting.. .all that stuff. 

 

Base is a VMB3000.  Can someone help?

    The fact that all 3 LEDs are green mean the system is connected and working. You can't add them again since they're already in your account. Exactly what problem(s) are you having, what have you tried and what do you see? All details are needed.
