Cameras consistantly request flash up date. When I try to update i get an error message that I am not conected to the internet, which i clearly am.

What device and web browser are you using? Can you provide a screenshot of the error?

I get a message at the top of screen saying to “need to update flash player and to click here” when i do it just brings me back to  the arlo sign in page.

Are you able to try using a different browser such as Chrome to see if you still experience the issue?

Switching to Chrome solved my issue. Next issue is some of the emails and notices I get are in French how do I change that?

Which specific emails/notices are you receiving that are shown in French?

I believe it was the tips email as now I have gotten it in english  as well.

Just to make sure, are you receiving all your latest emails in English or are you receiving them in French? When was the latest email that you received in French?

Yesterday I received 2 emails one in English one in French
