firmware upgrade required... firmware upgrade failed

A prior complaint was written on this, it appeared to be related to speed of the internet.   Well, I have FIOS at better than 75mps and I am having the issue for the first time.   Does anyone know How do I solve this issue?  

 

Additionally, the instructions through Support indicate that the camera and base can be updated manually by going to device, firmware, update.  However, looking at the firmware, there is no option to "update".  Any thoughts?

If, when checking the firmware version, there's no update selection it implies the firmware is up to date. Verify this by comparing to the listed version found in the Release Notes section here.  If not up to date, try power cycling the base to see if that helps.
