false alarms

This week I have had 2 false alarms during the night, with no recordings.

By false alarms do you mean push notifications or e-mail notifications? Are you still experiencing this behavior?

I'm getting motion alerts (push) but no recordings or email. last night no episodes, Will wait for another episode and try community again

Apologies up front as I am new too. I thought I had the same issue: push via logged-in App for Android, from the regular cameras (I have two and 1 Q) but no video recordings from either regular cameras. Upon further inspection, I realized I was just looking at Q videos Library. Just clicked Library heading. Only see Q videos. The Q has been much too active so looked only there, assuming all videos went there. Nope. In the upper right corner for each camera under Cameras is the racetrack icon with the video count. Click that and there they were.
