after factory reset. got my cameras to sync? well they did the several blue flashes followed by rapid blue. arlo app shows offline. in subscriptions shows connected. except for 0 cameras.

App or browser?  Try logging out and back in, a different browser, the app, WiFi vs. 3G/4G.
