I bought two base stations and eight cameras, set it all up fine with four cameras synced to each base station. For better connectivity, I switched base stations for two of the cameras - disconnected both from their initial base station, and resynced with the other. So both base stations would still have four synced cameras.
I bought a ninth camera and can't seem to sync it with the base station it's closest to (base station 2). When I look at "My Devices" in the settings, each base station shows four synced cameras, but when I go to "Mode" and look at editing in the armed mode, the camera I disconnected is still showing up on base stattion 2 (showing it has 5 cameras synced). This is not happening for the other camera I switched. I suspect this is why I cannot sync my new camera to base station 2. Any suggestions on how to fully disconnect my camera?

johnc808,
If there are 4 cameras synced and showing under my devices for each base, this means you successfully removed the other camera and it should not be causing any issues.
What is preventing you from syncing the ninth camera? What is the LED behavior on the camera when attempting to sync?

Hi James
Thanks for the reply. I got the ninth camera synced after trying a few more times. The odd thing is, that although when I'm in the settings, I see the correct 5 cameras on my base station 2, when I am in "Mode" for base station 2 and looking at editing the "armed" mode, the old camera still shows up - showing 6 cameras synced to the base station - and the camera that I switched still has the old name (showing two cameras with the same name - i.e. one "Lanai" camera should be gone and the other should show up as "Side"). I've had some connection issues with that particular camera (the actual "Lanai" camera, now synced to base station 1) - not sure if it being stuck in the mode editing list has anything to do with it though.

johnc808,
It seems like the default "Armed" mode retained the rule for the removed camera. You may need to factory reset the base station and resync each camera to resolve this. Have you tried a base station reboot (using the on-off button)?
Alternatively you could create a new custom mode for these cameras that would not contain this rule.
