connecting Arlo base to FIOS router

Has anyone tried connecting the Netgear Arlo base to the Verizon FIOS router (MI424WR)?

I have a Fios router and no problems here.

our router is password protected how do connect to this?

Plug into one of the ports,  It is not wireless between base and router.  It'll be a direct connect.
