changed my internet service now the base will not connect to internet!

I changed my internet service now the base will not connect to internet! Reset 2times still not connecting! The power button and wifi are green but cameras are Amber! Do I need to resync the cameras with the base! But my app says base is not connected

If you factory reset the base then you will need to reclaim it.

ie. open the app, add device and select Arlo base.

Once the base is found then resync the cameras.
