Camera Picture Is Foggy/Blurred & Battery Issue

My 1st gen. Arlo seems to have gone bad , real fast , the picture is foggy/blurred to the point of being worthless . Also I put brand new Tenergy rechargeables in it , and the battery display says 50% , they were fully charged

I would first check the battery placements... remove and reset ( as the arlo uses 2 sets of 2 batteris and if one pair is working only it will read about 50% )

And for the blurry image, make sure the lens is clean.

UPDATE: I had camera inside and shut off yesterday and this morning i turned it on, and the picture was back to normal. It was on a low lit room and began to switch back and forth to night vision , click click click, I shut night vision off, no more problem, now its dark, camera is outside , night vision working, but battery @48 %
