change of email, security code going to old email still.

Hello,

When I needed to log into my account I kept receiving the code to my old email address. When I was finally able to log in I went to my settings to change my email address to my current one, but it was already correctly set to my new email address.


This was a week ago, at the time I was able to speak to a live agent who posted a link in the chat to how to resolve this issue. I did not get a copy of that live chat and now no longer have that link and therefore am back to square one, except this time the chat bot is saying I am not "entitled" to speak to a live agent!

 

I can see that others have had this issue multiple times in these community post and yet the solution seems to be that they can a personal email rather than you just publishing the link to the solution!

Furthermore I have a case number (44791793) and whenever I click on the link, or copy past the link it does not work.

 

This entire process is quite enraging, and totally unnecessary. If someone changes their email it means they want their security code going to the new email address too, this is literally the only service I have ever encountered where this is not done automatically! Very dissatisfied.

Yeah.  Something is clearly wrong in the Arlo servers.  I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - in hopes they can assist.
