My arlo system tells me that my email does not exist and cant get help!

Welcome to the community! Have you gone through the new system setup process and used the e-mail that it says does not exist? Please let us know!

Put my email in and pass word and try and hit login and it doesn't even turn green it stays grey

I have a few questions that might help us understand more about the issue you are having. What browser/mobile app are you using to try and log in? Did it just recently start behaving this way? Have you tried to isolate the issue to a specific device by trying to log in on a different device?

This has happened to me couple of times too. I don't know why or how to fix. Did you find out?

Hey there JamesC, it hasn't happened lately, but it happened once on my PC and twice on my iPad. Not sure why, but seems to be ok. Is there something I might have done wrong?

I used opendns and got set up for a new router and modem.  I had a previous netgear genie and opendns account.  I want to accomodate the new router.  When I went to set up the netgear genie I could not log onto my router.

I use OpenDNS with no issues. Maybe you need to reset the router back to factory configuration?
