After upgrading to the new app, I now get a message that I can't connect to the server.

The system can't do much good, if i can't connect.

Please help

I'm having the same problem. The error is most definitely on Arlo's end. All of my lights are on just fine. I get the error message on my phone and on my computer (which are both set to auto-login to my account). I am still getting notifications of movement detected.

 

I had my husband power-cycle and check the base, which is absolutely fine. So, I tried just to get into the login page online on my friends computer, and the login page won't even come up. It says "this page cannot be displayed".

 

Get it together Arlo. A security system is of no use if you can't check the cameras or access your library!

It's appears not to be at the user end... I'm in and out too.  Out now and then for 5-10 mins, in for 30

Guessing they are working on the servers/system
