cannot "claim" the device after moving

we moved to a new house with a new internet provider and are trying to set up the system but we cannot "claim" the device.  Can you please help us out by reassigning it to us!

Moving the system has no effect on your account. Theoretically, it should just connect as before unless you performed a reset procedure. Make sure the base has 3 green LEDs. If not, what are they doing? Make sure you're using your original login info.
