cannot open "subscription" page on my.arlo.com it just keeps on hanging

I am trying to update my credit card payment details under my.arlo.com > subscriptions but everytime I click this link the page just freezes and nothing happens

You could try a different browser or the phone app to see if those work. Are you entering the card info manually or using autofill? The latter has sometimes caused issues but not like this.

Yes it’s still happening. Just tried now using chrome browser cleared cache and incognito mode. Tried on 2 different laptops. I have screencaptures.
