cannot find the base station during setup

Unit cannot find the base station, Have tried to reset to factory settings but the icons dont blink amber they remain green and continuously lit.

Any advice on how to set up, the instructions appear very simple but it cant find my device using my mobile

RESET is hold in the reset with a paperclip ( not two button as it use to be ) for about 10 seconds... the leds will flash when reset

make sure you phone is on the same network when setting up
