cannot complete scan of camera wth bar code on computer . There is no chime noise after 2 minutes

I have set up modem  and synced the cameras. I am trying to set up the cameras with scan on computer screen  but it is not making any noise after 2 minutes even though the blue light came on to start.

Sounds like a Q camera - this is the wireless forum.  Try a reset of the camera using the reset button for several seconds until it clicks and flashes amber.

It isn't clear which camera you are working with. When going through new system setup the Arlo Q will ask you to scan a QR code on your screen but there is no base station involved with an Arlo Q. Wire-free cameras do not need a QR code scan to complete setup.

Are you working with an Arlo Q or Arlo Wire-free system?
