can't register an account after buying new system ( in the USA)

I recently bought an Arlo system and tried to register a new account which I thought was done suscessfuly after netgear sent me an e mail three days ago with a temporary password however when I tried to sign in the system is not recognizing my e mail address and hence not allowing me to sign in .

I need help !!!

Have you already contacted Netgear Support about this?  If not yet, check this link for assistance since they're available 24/7 : http://support.netgear.com/general/contact/#tab-call  -  Netgear Support might help you either get a new temporary password or get an activation link so that you could login to your new account then change the password to any password you want afterwards.

You can try resetting the base station and start over from scratch. You can use the same email address and password if you wish to.
