camera not powering up

I had some issues resyncing my camera after the batteries were replaced, then I think accidentally removed the batteries when the camera led was flashing blue and yellow led, I forgot this happens during firmware update.

 

Now my camera does not power up anymore, when I insert new batteries and press the sync button, not even the blue led flashes.

 

How can I fix this? Is there another way to reset the camera?

There are threads here about using a USB cable connected to a computer to maybe fix issues like this but it's been a while. It might be faster/easier to open a case to get support.  Try chat or phone for (hopefully) faster response.
