camera hookup to base station

My camera has stopped tranmitting to the base station.  Also I noted that when I sign in a can't access my account or settings. I have reset everything and checked the batteries in the camera, all are good.  I only get 3 green lights on the base station where I think I used to get 4.

Don't know what happened, but BTW, only 3 leds from the left are lit....

 

in order of easy>hard... try in order

 

1) try a diff device or browser ( like fire fox ), if phone delete app and reinstall

2) power button reboot the base, wait a few mins for it to come back

3) open / clse battery door on each camera , resync if needed

4) reset the base by holding the reset button about 10 sec, let base come online, sync cameras as new

Whoa! This is in the Arlo Go section!

 

The first things I'd try would be logging out and baclk into the interface.  Also, try both the app and a browser.  Power cycle the base.

 

There should only be 3 green LEDs - power, Internet and camera.

 

Tell us more about exactly what you tried.  More details are better.
