Error message: base is offline. I have read and followed directions for connecting my Arlo base to the Internet. However, the internet light is not lit, but the power and camera light are both green. I recently changed Internet providers. What further steps can I take to get my base connected to the Internet? Have tried suggested tips, except for resetting. Thank you in advance.

If the Internet LED is off, the base isn't even connecting to the router. You can try rebooting your modem, router and base, in that order. If still no good, use a different Ethernet cable and router port.
