in clear line of sight , no obstructions, yes it may reach 300ft....

But in the real world, where the signal has to go thru walls, duc work, etc under bad conditions it can be as low as 20-30 ft just like regular wifi... normal for a stick build home I would say 60-80 ft max thru a number of walls
