My base station will not connect. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service and they couldnt help me. Each company I spoke with Arlo, Netgear, Arris, and Cable one referred me to another company that couldnt help. The last thing they are telling me to do is open my ports or to do port forwarding but arent telling me how to do it and I dont know how to do it, This is becoming more trouble than its worth. Setting up a base station shouldnt be this difficult. Does anyone know how to do port forwarding or know how to get my base station set up? THANKS!!!

Same happened to me.

I did a factory reset pushing a button in the back of the base station and problem solved.

Is your base station refurbished?
