When I open the arlo app,I get the message that my base is not connected to internet, but it is . What's the problem?

Verify that all 3 LEDs on the front of the base are green. If not, which is not? If they are, try logging out and back in. Also, try a different browser or the app, as appropriate.

Hi, try logging off and logging back in.
I find that usually works.
