I installed my new arlo system around december 20, 2016. By dec 31st one cameras batteries were dead. I charged the batteries but the camera will not sync. A few days ago another camera had dead batteries. I charged them completely and put them back in. At first it said battery was at 2%. I took them out and put them in multiple times but it still only shows 10% battery. Now I have 2 out of 4 cameras that do not function. Another camera is running low and I am afraid if I rechatge the batteries I will lose that camera. I thought the batteries lasted 3-6 months. How do I determine if it is a sysyem, camera, battery or charger problem? I havent had the system installed for a month and it has not worked properly past the first week.

Assuming you're using the original wireless can!era, not the Pro, the batteries are NOT rechargeable which would explain your issue. If using the Pro cameras, are you charging until the blue LED on the front of the camera lights?
