How to connect Arlo wireless to existing Arlo Q system?Thank You!

There are various ways to interpret that question but in any event, you can't.  The Q cameras are completely separate from both the wireless and other Q cameras for setup and configuration purposes, including modes and rules. The only thing you can use the two together in is the app/web page since they'll all show up in the same account.
