arlo smart premier subscription, one camera saying max 5 cameras supported

I have an arlo smart premier subscription . I have 8 camera's. 7 are working properly. But on one it tells me maximum of 5 cameras supported. This issue started a couple days ago

The only ones that can fix accounts is Netgear Support
