Camera arlo still off line no blue or amber light

Hello, 

 

Spectrum just changed my modem and my Arlo cameras will not re-sync. 

The Netgear VMB 3000 works and appears on my MAC when I connect it.

 

I follow the process to synchronise on camera:

1- press the Sync button on the side of the server. SYNC flashes.

2- Press the Sync button above the camera, standing near the server.

 

But nothing happens. The camera won’t start - no flash blue or amber.

I have put new batteries. I have even changed the internet cable and reset the server. 

What should I do?

Move the base a bit farther away from your main router... as far as cable allows

pull battery on camera to reset same

QUICK press on base unit sync

sec later the camera sync
