I have not been able to login to my account in months. Web or mobile. I have tried reinstalling the app, resetting passwords, ect. The 2FA does not work. One choice is my Trusted Devices which it says "iphone 8" which is about 3 phones ago. When I try that it says "Verification method removed. Choose another method to continue." So I try my email address and I never get the email. And no, its not in my spam folders. And I get the emails when resetting my password (and also the emails from support with a no-reply address).
I have opened multiple tickets via the chatbot. After going through all the steps, they always say its a known problem and Engineering is looking into it. Then my case auto closes after 7 days.
So I started doing charge backs on my credit card for my monthly charges and I finally got a human to call me. Kristel called me and agreed with my chargebacks and told me that Engineering would be fixing the problem asap. She could actually see that two of my cameras batteries had died, so it seems like it would be a real easy fix for my authentication if someone would just look at it. So I have multiple cameras with recordings I can't access. It would take hundreds to replace them with another service. This is kind of my last shot before just charging back far enough to pay for new competitors cameras. I have been a customer for around 5 years.
