arlo.netgear.com is down...I have not gotten a ping response since last week...when will it be back up?

It's been fine here in NY all week, not an issue.

What are the leds on the base unit showing?

Normally , I say turn off the modem, router, base ( or Q cam ) and bring them back in the same order... give each time to reboot.
