What about if using a browser? Have you downloaded the video to see if it's actually in the video or something to do with the app? Have you reinstalled the app?
If it's really there in all cases, try removing the camera from Settings, My Devices, open and close the battery door to reset the caamera and resync.

If it is just the ONE camera...
In settings, remove the camera (REMOVE DEVICE), open and close the battery door, then bring the camera back as if new ( sync )
