arlo camera motion sensitivity, higher or lower?

when setting sensitivity for camera from zero to 100 there is a still person icon at zero (left)  and a running icon at 100 (right).  please tell me to how to make the camera more sensitive to motion.  do i move indicator to left (still person icon) or to right (running icon).

with less motion needed to trigger camera on, do i move sens to left?

if i move indicator to right or 100, will camera go on with any motion?
