Tried to add another person using share to my existing user, I filled out the first and last name plus valid email address. Then sent a welcome to the person state in email. I then logged into the account say the message that asked me to create new user. That being done it then started to look for new devices that where i have a problem since i am not adding devices i so not see any new devices and it fail since when i shared using my working account i selected the cameras and gave the new user access why is it trying on new user to find new devices? Any help would be appreciated.

After you generate the invite email, then on a PC, open the link in the email with a browser to login with the shared account and the shared devices should populate.
Both the main and shared accounts need to be using the same app UI experience to work unfortunately. Look if you have a library page for the old version or a feed page for the useless version.

So i added new share person but when i try to add that person after i shared working arlo user i get error code that says user exists even on working arlo share person i have deleted that person . Why can i not use same shared person name and email address again .
