arlo app on iphone is unable to detect the base (VMB3010r2)

Hi,

My Arlo app on my iPhone can no longer detect the Arlo base station (model VMB3010r2). It stopped working suddenly—the base disappeared from the app, and the app can’t find it anymore. I tried restarting the base through the computer browser, but that didn’t help. Although it’s an older device, it had been working very well until now. I’m wondering if the app no longer supports this model, or if there’s still something I can do to fix it.

Just to clarify this: Are you saying that you can see the base using my.arlo.com on a PC, but you cannot see it in the app?

If so, can you confirm that you are using the same account credentials on the PC as you are using on the phone?
