alerts to my mobile

Im not getting motion alerts to my phone, all settings are correct as per the manual, and when i tried the motion test, no yellow led would come on, on the camera ?

try and toggle off then on the alerts ( also try on the web access ), save

 

also try and add email to see if your getting that and pushes
