We've synced 3 additional cameras with the data base. How can we get signals from these 3. We can only get a signal from the 1st original camera. Any clues?

Welcome to the Arlo Community!

 

How did you sync your new Arlo cameras? What do you see in 'Cameras'?

 

To sync the cameras, you can press the Sync button on the side of the base station, and then the sync button on top of the camera, one at the time. See screenshots here.

 

You can also refer to the following thread 'New cameras not syncing'.

Also take note that the cameras can go up to 300 feet from the base station (in line of sight) so you might have to check the locations of the camera. Make sure that they are not too far from the base station.

If they were too far from the base, the camera led on the base would flash.... she's having another problem.

The Netgear employee is more closer to the problem.
