Wireless camera not connecting

I have just bought a new system, with just one camera, hoping that it would work well and that I would add more cameras! But I have not been able to get it to work since a got it! In the app I followed all steps but then when I get to add device it state "sorry, we are experiencing an unexpected issue" and I've also tried to confirm my email address but I'm unable to complete this also as it states " resend registration failed to send" I don't know what else to do! The adverts made it look so easy!!
