My wireless camera keeps going offline and isn't recording when it detects motion.  I can view live streaming, but it goes offline so frequently that I think that's why it's not recording.  Also, the "walking person" icon frequently goes gray, indicating that the camera is off line. Other ideas or any help would be wonderful!!

Test one of the cameras by moving it about ten feet from the base and see if THAT camera goes offline like the others.

As to the gray running man... Black means the camera is set for motion record, Gray in in standby.... not that the cam is off line.

What does "standby" mean?  And why does the camera change to standby when I have it set to motion activation?

Standby = disarmed = sleep = off.

It sounds like you're using a schedule - that would explain the running man being gray.  Check your modes and schedule in the Modes tab and make sure the proper mode or schedule is selected and congigured properly for any cameras you wish.  Note that the schedule simply allows you to set a mode to be used at a particualr time and has no other settings.
