Wire-Free camera battery problem

Camera is turned off but is draining battery.  Other 2 cameras in the 3-pack are in high 90% battery but this one at 5%.  I am located in a different city than the cameras and have solve remotely.

Probably nothing you can do remotely except to use the Restart button for the base in Settings.  However, that isn't going to save the batteries at this point.

 

Poor WiFi connection between the base and camera could be a cause but that's something to investigate physically.
